Information we collect

• Information you give us through our forms: your name, phone number, email address, the property address you ask us about, and your selling timeline.
• Automatically collected information when you visit: a first-party cookie (cb_vid) we set to understand site usage, your approximate location (city/ZIP derived from your IP address by our hosting provider), pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type.
• Analytics information via Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies and similar technologies to measure site traffic. See "Cookies & analytics" below.

How we use your information

We use the information to:

• respond to your request and prepare a cash offer for your property;
• contact you about your property by phone, text, and email (see our SMS & Contact Consent terms);
• operate, secure, and improve the site and our services;
• keep records and comply with applicable law.

We do not use the information you submit for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell it.

How we share your information

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the business — for example our website host (Cloudflare), analytics provider (Google), and the customer-relationship, email, and text-messaging tools we use to follow up with you. They may process your information only on our behalf.
• Professional advisors and closing partners (such as title companies or attorneys) as needed to evaluate or close a transaction you ask us to pursue.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every sharing category described above; that information is not shared with any third party.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on a form at cltbuys.com, we use the mobile number you provide to text you about your property and your cash-offer request. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan; we do not charge for the messages themselves. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an offer, and we do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Cookies & analytics

We use a first-party cookie (cb_vid) for basic, privacy-preserving site analytics, and we use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes usage data under Google's Privacy Policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you provided, or to stop contacting you, by emailing offers@cltbuys.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act) to know, delete, and opt out of "sales" of personal information — and because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, complete any transaction, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's privacy

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
